  There is a salary scale for all roles. You can see it Bynum searching agenda for change NHS pay scales. Most of the newly qualified nurses, paramedics and physiotherapists start on a band 5 which is around 22-27000. The top consultants earn over 100000 but it takes years and years to earn that salary.
